No. A turbo will not work with an aftermarket header. A turbo bolts on to a turbo exhaust manifold. Buy the header if you want to, but you won't be able to use it when you go with a turbo.

As for the resonator, it won't limit your horsepower.

yea the resonator wont take any power but i think a resonator wont exactly STOP rasp, but will definitely make it less noticeable. theres a cel fix you can get on the forums if you want. a search should show you where it's at

won't the cel "fixes" just hide the CEL? so wouldn't getting a fuel controller be the right way to do it?

Yeah anyone with the Mazzuri headers? He makes the best (gains) headers for the IS 300, so these must be pretty good at the least.

really haven't heard of too many tc's equipped with mazzuri headers. anyway, don't be impressed by the gains. unless every header is taken and tested on one car on the same dyno, there is no way they can truly claim they have the best gains.

quality of workmanship and fitment is all you really need to look for. gains are just about the same. and then there are 4-2-1 and 4-1 headers.

if you're going turbo, you wont be needing the intake either...

Good advice!

What are the typical gains from the other headers for the tC? I know the Mazzuri ones if built like the IS 300 headers use the scavenging effect to produce more power throughout the powerband, and not just in the top end, and produce overall better numbers (typical IS 300 header gain is around 10hp/tq with a loss of power in the low end, the gain made in the top end, his gains kick in at a lower rpm, and make gains of +28rwtq!)

Not a sales person for Mazzuri, just have input about it from the b/f that has an IS.
