Putting the new road race motor together now. Performance springs, valves, and retainers graciously supplied by Dezod Motorsports. Since very little of these kinds of competition head photos have surfaced, I thought I'd share. Enjoy!

THis may be a potential newb question, but what do the oversized valves do, jsut allow more intake and exhaust to get in and out?

 

Everything is about breathing and flow, so in a sense, yes.

 

^ better to ask and know then to not ask and wonder.

Got any pictures of the head before? Have any idea how messy it was stock?

 

Is Mr. Rick Kemph based in SoCal or did you have to travel/ship the head anywhere?
