Why do you need a new head gasket already?

Maybe he wants a slightly thicker one to lower his compression a little bit for boost? Or if he just wants a stronger one if he feels his internals can take it with higher boost levels.

To answer the question, I think HKS and probably ACT has one for the car. The head gasket I have yet to see from any company yet. You could PM ZPI for a headgasket (search around for his exact name, too lazy to look haha) and see if they make custom ones. I know they dod staged head upgrades so maybe they have something for it.

Clutchmasters has a flywheel. A metal shop can make you a head gasket (if I assume correctly that you want a metal one.) Just buy a stock one and take it to them.

Lighter is not always better. If you want to drag the car or need the driveablility from a stop, you want a stock-slightly lighter flywheel. Really light flywheels (ACT ProLite for example) are great for road racing and higherspeeds but gives you less engine momentum... so going up hill, or dumping the clutch won't always be a hard hit...

Hey if you want to put a new flywheel in is that a lot of work, i heard that you have to like take out the engine or something? i dont think its that intensive, but i do know i wouldnt be able to do it, does a lighter flywheel make your car faster?

You'd drop the transmission, not the engine.

the flywheel WILL free up hp lost to the drivetrain due to the fact it's easy to move. So in essence you are getting more hp.

flywheel giving hp?

ya i guess thats true but i dont think ull feel a lot. considering that the engine directly moves the flywheel and puttin 151 lbs of power on a 14 lb wheel is no biggie.

you probly alreayd know, a flywheel is used to create less RPM drop lag between gears

yea its a good in concept, but youll see the biggest gains when you switch the light one back out for stock heavy one, a l-4 engine doesnt have alot of rotating mass, required for large tq numbers, and when you lighten the flywheel you have even less rotating mass, get the idea, lightened flywheels work great on Race only engines that rarely see below 5000 RPM, they pretty much BLOW on a street car that requires just off idle acceleration, but dont take my word for it try it for yourself, youll put the flywheel in there and think it feels great, then something will happen like the clutch will quit holding because the aluminum flywheel has warped or something, and just maybe it will be to bad to surface, then youll put the stock heavy flywheel back in there and youll be like "this car makes 75 more hp", trust me Ive seen it many times, thanx
