HELP PLEASE
ok... i am STILL trying to finish hooking up my ny-trex nitrous kit with the dyno tune window switch... im really starting to hate this window switch....
i went and metered all the 6 wires above the pedal to find witch one to attach the blue wire too... i found a wire that when metered and the pedal wasnt pressed, it would read at 1.5 volts, and when the pedal was pressed all the way, it would jump to 4.25 or so... it was the ONLY wire that did this... so i then plugged the blue one into it... in step 8 of tuning the window switch, it does not read the same voltage as the meter did...
THEN... on top of this.... i ahve teh green wire which is supposed to read the RPM so the window switch knows when to spray at my rpm setting into the BLACK tach wire in the OBDll connector.... i then turn the car on, and the window switch on, press the button it says to press where it SHOULD show my current rpm, and of course, it shows A BIG FAT ZERO... even when i press the gas in it stays at ZERO...
we have tried evrything... everything is hooked up correctly.... im about to throw this damn thing away and just run my nitrous with no window.... the window switch does not appear to be broken as everything turns on and off and goes thru all its steps correctly... but it just doesnt do the 2 things i mentioned:
1. read the same voltage as the meter when the pedal is released and then pressed... it DOES change when the pedal is at WOT, but goes from like 4.4 to 4.5 and then saves the 4.5 as the WOT voltage... so maybe thats ok but shouldnt it read around 1.5 when the pedal is not pressed just like the voltage meter?
2. does not read the RPM .....
PLEASE HELP

Connect the meter on voltage reading to the Blue and green wires from the Window Switch and see if there is any voltage coming out of it and then measure the resistance to ground on it also if there is no voltage. It may be that the wiring information is wrong and you are connecting the wrong wires to the throttle and tach connections.
