Here is what i use to get the bolts off.
You will need some sort of break bar to get them off.
i copy this from my other post

i did header and s pipe myself.
my 14mm socket sucks. I think inside is rounded. I ran to Sears, they were out of stock.
Home Depot and Lowes don't have 6 points sockets. (people told me 12 points socket are more prone to rounding cornering. )
Pep Boys got the 6 points 14 mm socket. Working great with my home made break bar (it is just a short lead pipe).

I needed that pipe (and alot of PB blaster)to break the bolts loose. My bolts were rust.

PB blaster and/or a heat gun. With the breaker bar, and all that it should break loose, it's just a pita.

you cant really get a breaker bar all that big under there, what you can do is get an open wrench 14mm, stick it on the top bolt, and get a 1/2" 14mm socket and ratchet for the bottom,

position the open wrench in such a way that when you try to loosen the bolt it gets stuck onto something not letting it turn, and with a breaker bar, nothing to big, it wont fit, try and get it off

this will work, i used a breaker bar at a awkward angle and it came out fine personally
