Those def look like MMW headers to me man. I've had a set for a while now and installed them myself. They're the only ones that make a two piece header for the tC as far as I know. As for your dilemma, it may seem annoying but it doesn't appear to be too big a deal. The missing screw can be easily replaced and the piece that is broken off can be welded back on no sweat. In my case, the connecting arms were just there for looks. The fitment of the pipes is SO tight that they serve no real function. The thing about MMW headers is that they're two piece. A really annoyingly difficult two piece to take apart and reassemble, but it needs to be done if you want to actually mount them. As for the S-pipe bolts, you can use the ones that come off your stock headers and s-pipe. or go out to a local pep boys etc.. and buy a new set. Lastly, installing those headers might be a _____ but let me tell you from personal expieince, THEY F_CKING ROCK MAN!!! Gooooood luck!
yeah i would think so.. it has no more huge cat to support, so i guess thats why they decided to let us take off the bracket. i remember taking the bracket off was a pita, even with wd-40, though...
The newer version doesnt have brackets on the side. ANd whoa those look really badly burned, was this guy a scionlife member? Thats not cool of him, you should have also asked for pics before buying.
Well it suposed to burn, the color changes like litterally 5 minutes after you first run the car. But this burn is sooo bad... iono if its the camera but damn, looks like some disease, plus theres spots which means they guy who intalled it dint even use gloves or wipe off the oil from the skin after the install. you cant really say an ugly burn wuld effect how efficient this header works, but it does kinda explain what kind of person owned this header before you. you really shuld ask for pics before buying things, but since its too late, hopefully ull be fine, as long as there isnt broken welds.

waiting patiently, alvin, for you to tell these fine ladies/gentlemen that the 1st pic you posted is actually my own. that i warned you of the discoloration and sent you pics when you didn't even ask for any. it's still in my sig that they have 10,000 miles of use = burn in. i never touched this bad boy, never had the chance.
yes i wore gloves to remove the bubble wrap to take the pics. i'm new not retarded. my own plans were to get them jet hot coated; i even offerd to fwd you the email that JetHot sent me regarding this.
i'm glad these knowledgeable guys can ease your mind about the used condition of the headers. as i explained in PM i did not notice that those hooks were broken, nor that any screws were missing. hopefully the guy who i bought them from, whom i will not OUT in BOLD, can shed some light on those missing hardware store pieces (ie: bolts and screws). glad to hear you can use the stock ones.
other than that i don't know how else to apologize and just wish this transaction could've ended on a better note than this. i'm sorry, alvin, that the hooks broke and there were missing screws/bolts and that the s-pipe was scratched. i hope nothing but the best for you and am 100% positive you'll be happy with your headers in the end. now go play with it already!! and don't go blaming me for the rasp!!!

wait what? You said u used gloves to remove the bubble wrap to take pics? Does this mean u got them brand new? Then why does it say you bought these used from some1 else? and if u bought them used, it doesnt matter if u use gloves or not to install it or touch em, since the burn in is practically done.
yea burn gets imprinted for life in the first like 5 minutes the car turns on, the first time it's installed on the car. just get some stove paint, and paint it to whatever color you want. i would, if i could get the 20$ i need to get some paint....... i want moneyyy
no worries, alvin. i just felt a lil bashed by all the response, is all
the dude i got them from is a really good guy. he'll let me know if it even came w/ all the hardware and about everything else. i'll letcha know!
