I have an Hks axleback exhuast and injen intake. Does anyone know whats a good midpipe to go with this combo? Also has anyone gotten pulled over for their exhaust? (California) i shift at 2-3 k when theres a cop around but Im scared a cop will pull me over just by lookin at my exhaust since its huge.

 

I have heard the megan midpipe works really well with the hks. I am running an HKS as well and have been waiting to pull the trigger on a mid pipe. No problems with popo's here yet

 

megans sound really nice with the hks....little bit louder but nothing to loud...i have the megan full exhaust and have no issues with the law...i dont shift below 3k as my car dont like that...but then again im in new york..if i see a cop behind me i drive normal as long as your not being a wacko...

im turbocharged with the same exhaust and have been pulled over ALOT and they never once said anythign about it being to loud... just saying and ive done everything from neutral to high rpms past cops... in wisconsin

 

Your boosted running a megan/hks combo? I don't think i have ever heard of that combo on a boosted car

 

also injen and hks here, never have problem with cops (@SF,CA) the only time i got a ticket for exhaust was because i was speeding, and he was nice enough to give me a fix ticket. I live about 2 blocks away from a police station too, and its on a hill, when i go up i rev all the time.

as far as the midpipe goes, i was hoping to hear some advice as well, and so far i see alot of people recommand that megan&hks is good combo...

 

i have the megan/hks combo...they sound reallllly good together

 

anyone have megan and hks sound clip? tried to look on youtube but....
