HKS Hi Power or Greddy Ti-c????????
am undecided on which exhaust to buy alot of people go for the HKS but what the difference on the Greddy.... My question is. I drive to work every day and am always around 85 mph in my way to work...would the hks be loud at that speed... or would the Greddy be loud?????? i want something thats not that noticeble at that speed.... please help... Thanks everyone
still loud?
I have a Tanabe Concept G and an A/T car, and so the RPM's are a bit higher at each speed and it's one of the quieter exhausts out there.
You don't buy an exhaust to be quiet, if you want quiet, you stick with stock. Also long freeway driving without the right in-car insulation is a lot of droning noise in the car, so keep that in mind. The guy who sold me this exhaust only had it a few weeks before he took a long freeway drive and had to get rid of it cause it gave him a headache.

but dont most canister exhaust make you drone on long freeway drives? thats what i heard and it making me want to get a aftermarket axle backs that look like out stock exhaust like the Megan OE-RS or the Tanabe Medallion. those tend to be quiet all around but if you had to choose between the HKS or Greddy Ti-C i'd go with the HKS cause its a lot cheaper than what it used to be.
I have the greddy ti-c and its not annoying loud at that speed but it is a bit louder then my friends hks hi-power. Overall the greddy ti-c is a bit louder then the hks but they are pretty close.
IMO i like the sound of both and i dont think you can go wrong with either one.
