I was on newcelica.org and came across this interesting HKS exhaust. Its the "Silent Hi-Power" available for 2000+ Celicas. I suppose you could replicate this same setup on a tC if you combine the HKS Hi-Power and a TRD or Magnaflow axel-back.

doesn't seem reasonable IMO

 

i dont know if performance would be adversely affected. the hi-power is basically a padded/insulated pipe. its a straight-through design that doesnt restrict flow. it would just quiet the magnaflow or TRD exhaust.

btw, I wish toyota made this rear apron for the tC (from the TRD celica kit)

 

^I've heard of this exhaust before...imo, the HKS for our cars is already pretty quiet...

 

I had a HKS Hiper on one of my alltracs (current one has it but its not running yet). It was quiet at idle but made plenty of noise when the car was under boost (car has a full 3" system, turbo back). It was a little noisy on the highway but would not have been noticeable if it wasnt for its trashcan 4.5" tip.

 

exhuast looks nice. On the other note..it seems that lil wave of water was bout to hit the camera..

 

i wish our cars had VVTL-i then i can be like " VVTL-i just kicked in yo!"

i wonder where he got his badge, i havent seen those things in a while
