How To: HKS Hi-Power Exhaust Install
Tools Needed
WD-40
14mm socket wrench
Flathead screwdriver
Car Jack
****NOTE - THIS WAS DONE WITH THE NEW EXHAUST ALREADY INSTALLED SO THERE ARE NO PICTURES OF THE STOCK EXHAUST FOR COMPARISON****
First, it would be best to jack your car up on the rear passenger side. If you dont, it's gonna be one hell of a squeeze and a sore arm... Next, you have to take off the spring-loaded bolts that are connected to the mid-section. I found it best to soak them in WD-40, that way they pry off easier... Once you sprayed them to your desire, let them sit maybe 15-20 mins so that you can let the WD-40 work itself in. After having the WD-40 set in, go under and pry off the spring-loaded bolts with the 14mm socket wrench.. Just get it on there nice and tight and push REALLY HARD!! I was underneath pushing with 2 hands until it finally went.. The arrow in the picture shows which way you should turn (left side is the rear passenger side, right side is driver...)

After taking off the bolts you can pat yourself on the back, cuz the hard part is done.. All thats left to do is remove the hangers from the rubber inserts. The first one you should remove is right by the mid section. The easiest way to remove it was to spray a little WD-40 on it and then take the flat head and pry open the rubber grips and pull out the hangers.

Next, hanger......

The last hanger is on the rear drivers side...
After removing all the hangers, you can go ahead and slap on your new HKS exhaust! Start by putting the hangers back into the rubber grips (you can only use 2 of the hangers.. the other one has to be installed by you! HKS sends you directions for that....) After you have all your hangers on, just put the bolts back in and tighten them as tight as you can make them...
The final hanger should look like this....

WELL YOU DID IT!!
Now, just to be safe, go have someone start your car while it's still on the jack and everything and make sure there is NO AIR FLOW OR LEAKAGE coming out at the mid section attachment... Best way is to have someone rev the engine and cup your hands around it (but dont touch it) to feel if there is any air coming out... If there is make those bolts tighter....
Hope this helped!!! ENJOY YOUR NEW EXHAUST!!!!!
