I Need help finding a replacement part PLEASE!!!!
Can someone please tell me where i may find a replacement washer/clip for the shifter (its the one that is a pain to remove) anyway i need to find a replacement cause the short shifter i bought does not have one also the size i will need

You can actually live without it. Some have had thiers installed for a good while with no washer.
But, you can get one at Ace True Value or any other hardware store that has fasteners for about 30 cents or so.

You want a 3/8" push nut, sometimes called an unthreaded shaft retainer. As engifineer said, ACE/True Value will have them, less than 50 cents.
I know of a shifter that would have come with one. ;)

QFT! Doc I is the man!! 1" drop Gear Switcher with "Waisted" shift ****, nice and smooth with precision shifting, can't beat it!
I found one for my old car's shifter at a little mom & pop hardware shop, maybe 75 cents...
