Default Ignition Coil bolt broke

I went to change my spark plugs today to fix 2 cylinders misfiring. This fixed the issue but I found out the previous owner stripped the bolt holding down the coil on plug and I cant take the bolt out. Now I've been driving this car for 70,000 miles now and no codes have been thrown from this and I never noticed a performance issue before.

Should I get this fixed asap or wait and see if a code gets thrown?

All you need to do is drill it, tap it and put a little bigger bolt. I over tightened one on my car and its fine now.

So I've been reading about tapping a bolt when the head snaps off and it says to file the top, drill inside of it, then extract it with a left handed drill bit. Did you just put a cloth in the spark plug well to keep the metal shavings from getting in?
