Default Injen CAI for 2007?

I'm assuming that Injens CAI for 2006 will fit my 2007.. Am I correct?

I like your SL name, kinda sounds like a play on mine just jumbled up. haha

But why does your name say 06 tC and not 07?

Funny that you ask.. By the way I got the car today, not really sure why I'm on the comp instead of driving ;] Anyway-So, I ordered my 2006 on June 5th, signed all the paper work and a $500 deposit to order my scion with trd exhaust, grnd effects and bazooka tube.. Well last week the dealer calls me and tells me that my car wont be in until the second week of JULY! I'm like wtf, had it out with him and yadda yadda.. So yesterday I get a call while at work saying my scion is in BUT two things.. First thing is my exhaust is on back order and wont be in for 2 more weeks and because the shipment that came in was all 2007's and no 2006's, i'll be getting a 2007 ;] I guess in a way i lucked out! Now, can you answer my intake question?! Ha

To answer your question, im not completely sure. But I dont see why it wouldnt fit. I don't think the changes were that drastic from 06-07. But im sure somebody that does know will chime in here pretty soon.

Don't think anyone's going to know for sure 100% without a doubt, but its a safe bet the CAI will still fit 07s, it's fit 05 and 06 so far and I don't see the design changing enough to warrent a redesign. I assume the TRD.AEM intake still fits? So Injen's will too

should still fit.

only design difference i know engine wise is the exhaust manifold... you guys get a cool looking heat shield now as well as headers.

but no TRD s/c combatibility yet.

question.

injen is suppose to have the 07 intake in about 2 weeks. since it'll be new, if i buy it when it comes out and it doesnt function properly, and damages my car, can i hold injen responsible. or is it my own fault?

It would most likely be user-error. They "engineer" their products to fit and if they don't fit exactly right, I'm sure they'll screw you. I'm sure they wouldn't make a shotty product b/c of who they are, but after you install it, it would be on your hands.

Funny how it looks like they just reformed the heat shield to look like it has a header. Still has a cat in it though!....haha..................Even the '06 had that manifold but just a flat looking heatshield.

I guess I would have to see the difference in measurement and size b/c it looks like the simply just dimpled it to make the runner look of the header.
