Default Injen cold air intake broken bracket

Alright, I gave my car it's regular bath and when I was dryin under the hood I notice a broken bracket. This is the bracket that the rubber mount screws into. It just snapped clean in half. This would have to be due to the engine moving under acceleration and the rubber mount not being located in a strong spot. This is a bad design location made by Injen. Anyone else have this happen? If so how did you fix it? I'm ____ed because now I am probably stuck finding a replacment bracket.

I've heard of the issue. I would contact injen and get another bracket from them. Maybe try an engine torque damper to restrict engine movement...

I think their is some confusion. The welded tab on the intake pipe is not what broke. The OEM bracket that the rubber mount screws into snapped.

Yup i know. The bracket in my engine bay broke aswell, not the tab on the intake. Thats why I came up with the fender mount panel.
