Default Injen Cold Air Intake Clicking/Chattering Noise HELP

Ok so i installed an Injen Cold Air Intake Around... August and now it is October, The Weather in now near it's 30-40s. I've never heard this noise until now. Its coming from the Vacuum Switching Valve (VSV). I've been lookin at some other threads but they dont give me a straight answer... could anyone help me? is this normal or not?

maybe the cai is rattling with the body frame from where you put the tube out from.

yup its rubbing on the frame. did you put that rubbing thing that youre suppose to put on the frame so you cant hear the rattle when it vibrates? my intake came with one and it helps eliminate the rattling noise.

Yea too bad I have that and mine started to rattle also. Maybe the cold weather does have something to do with it, cus mine never used to do it.

oho k, mine has rattled for a while against the fender until i put a rubber grommet there and then that fell outta place, that is why am trying this, only other thing i can think of is to check everything to make sure its tightened?

it ticks to control warm idle..
it's normal.. don't worry about it.

as far as rattle.. check to see if anything is loose.. open up the hood and wiggle it yourself... see if it is hitting against anything
