These were all filmed late at night in industrial areas so no whining!!

At about 1:20 seconds you can hear the rasp from my AW header...Im hoping my CC s-pipe will help it. It should be in later this week. If you're all good little boys and girls I'll post some more vids with it installed.

EDIT: I added a video of my old car...a 94 Z28. Its all 1/8th mile stuff, and dont mind the music. Its what they played over the loudspeakers at the track.

wow, its not as bad as everyone is talking about, i actually like it, it gives off such a sexy tone

 

Its mostly intake sound actually. IT doesnt rasp at WOT, just under normal driving conditions...around 3500-4500 RPM...which I forgot to do since I was showing off for the camera.

I got the header for 285 shipped from Creative Compact during their 5% off special a little while back.

i had my valve cover painted camillion striaght on its like a purple then bronze from side and looks sick in person matche smy header pretty good too....a

just anoter angle...alphawerk header,injen cai,dc sport carbon steel strut bar,camillion valve cover,steel braided lines,2.5" exhaust from header back with driver fx exhaust 4 tip, upgrades this winter are ecu upgrade piggy back with laptop from dezod.com, light weight pulley,act stage 2 street/race clutch with hks flywheel,down pipe,and you can kinda see my cf eyebrows

 

insanetc, i always wanted to kno wat that thing does thats on the side of ur engine block that says AUTO METER, nad its gold, alot of people have it, i dont . lol also where did you get that big tube with blue ends, do they helkp in n e way?

The radiator hose is just covered in sleeving with end covers. You can get those kits at Pep Boys and Kragen or online at Jegs or Summit. Im not sure what the Auto Meter part is but I dont have one of those either.

 

o ok kool i might buy one of those hose covers, but im interested in that autometer thing, i checked that website but it only sells gauges, i think it has to do with the electricity of the car?!?!?!?

u kno wat, i think its a voltage stabilizer since it looks like its connecting to the grounding wire points

 

What are you guys using to bypass the CEL?

 

Use spark plug anti-foulers. Do a search or look at kaeon's DC header install in the FAQ section. It explains what they are and what they do.
