The thing is loud- near stock at low RPM's to super loud in the high RPM's at full throttle. Seems to pull well, but loud noises can fool the butt dyno.

Hah I dunno, my engine was loud to begin with, with the
installment of the K&N Typhoon CAI I would have to agree
that my engine is insanely loudER now. I get asked the
"do you have a turbo or supercharger" question allllll the time.

Mines loud too. I think its louder with MT because you get to redline so much faster with the tall gears.

Someone posted links with video at the post below. Definitely plug in your sub to your PC if you have one. It sounds VERY nice.

Nope, still sounds good and clean. Though, maybe I'm crazy, but it sounds a bit quieter. This could be due to the fact that I'm use to a quiet front and the rumble of the exhaust int he back, now I have to compete and listen to my intake which is very throaty (I love it) and the exhaust so the noise, as it were, is more evenly distributed thru the entire car.

Nonetheless I love it and wouldn't trade it ^_^

It may be just me but, at times (WOT, high RPM) the intake is considerably louder than the exhaust. Of course the driver is closer to the intake than the exhaust...

I bought my car new with the TRD exhaust 1.5 weeks ago and added the K & N CAI this week. The TRD was pretty quiet and I was really ____ed that I bought it. The addition of the CAI actually made the TRD sound deeper and louder, it is awesome sounding now! I can't hear the CAI much until I get to above 4k rpm then it's a LOUD whoosh. I love the fact it's pretty throaty and tame untill you whack the throttle, then it's like telling everyone to get out of your way because your're coming through.
