i have a 5Zigen and it sounds SICK with custom piping

Well I installed the DME header last week and even with the 2.5 inch highflow cat and dezod resonator it was still a tiny bit raspy ...

So I got the Aero Ar25 14" resonator installed ... so my setup is 2.5" highflow cat + aero resonator + the resonator that came stock with the dezod exhaust

It now sounds amazing!! NO rasp at all zilch ... Throughout the entire powerband it sounds soo good now

Also got my nst underdrive pulley installed at the same time as resonator

My car definitely feels great now after Intake/Header/Exhaust/Pulley .... A definite definite increase in power throughout the band ... It even still feels great from 2,000 rpms to 3,000 rpms and then from 3000 to 6000 wow got a lot faster!!!

I spent probably around 1100 total for my setup and it was definitely worth it .... If anyone on this board says its not I'm here to tell you Do It!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was all worth it

how much was the exhaust?

 

the dezod turbo exhaust is 630, the dezod na exhaust is 564 .... but I only payed 350 for the turbo exhaust + the megan spipe used .....

...I'm thinking of getting the dezod turbo exhaust, custom a lil' with a custom cat-back....with mmw headers and intake before I go turbo in a couple years...soooo. sound?

 

Pixs and Vid would deffinately help you with your statements. Although Im not doubting you, time after time had shown, that an aftermarket HEADER adds RASP to your exhaust sound. Neways, great deal on your setup. Now for the pixs and vids.
