Probably they could, but more delays I would think. Most cities have a local powder coating facility. Here is one in your area of Virginia.

you can't powdercoat a manifold, it wil be over 1300 degrees, the powdercoating will melt off. If you want to coat it. I'd suggest www.jethot.com Jet Hot offers a 2000 degree coating, which will not come off. I've used it on some of my previous turbo manifolds. Plus if you have it coated, it will greatly reduce under hood temperatures and focus the heat from the manifold onto the turbo, which will help spool.

I chose the Greddy RS blow off, because it is blue, I was going for a blue look and I love it, I had to harden it a little but even at 2 psi, you can hear it. I love the sound of my wastegate dump, It sounds so mean in high boost. My car goes from sleeper to animal. Its great.

Ah, I thought powder coating could go to 1500F. Jethot does look good for all aspects of heat rduction and looks.

We will over a coating on the manifolds as time goes on. We have been worried about getting the kits out. Refinment willl come in the months to follow.

I know we have said it once and I will say it again thanks for all the support as we are very proud to be a leader in the Scion Community.

Dude...autos are no different. Same kits would work. In fact my car is currently at ZPI and it is auto. They are starting working on it next week.
