Default K&N CAI carb...

ok, i have a K&N cai and i know there isnt a carb number for it... so technically it is not street legal... i do have an AEM cai for an accord that has a carb # on it... if i stick that on my k&n, will i pass inspection or does that specific number only apply to the accord?? can it be done?? i live in CA and i wanna make my car as legal as possible.. thanks for the input...

u have a long time before your smog check. if u get pulled over by a cop or wat not, i rather jus go through the process of puttin the stock intake back on.
