No products and the number on there site goes to voicemail (even attempted every "option" including 0)... Growing tired of having to spend this much time to get an ETA when they took the money ASAP.
We were told awhile ago the etching was done and the silicon/LEDs were being installed and the item would ship next day. Well even parcel post the dang thing should have arrived by now.......

Well they have information stating FedEx did pick it up and they've lost it.. at this point whatever...
Excuses about employees being on vacation are being given which after 30 days not sure why the customer should care. Change the availability from 5 days to a month!
Offered replacement or refund - took the refund as I would rather not have to explain to anyone what the piece is at shows...
