Default a little question from a noob

ok so i have a 2010 scion, just got into the scion game so forgive me for my dumb questions. i'm trying to find a header and im hearing that i cant buy a used one from a older year because they dont fit my motor. is there a difference in the block? thanks and sorry again.

I just searched and everything that I'm seeing is for 2005-2010. Multiple brands advertise as so. The only difference I see is in the intake for 2007 and up since the MAF sensor is more sensitive so you would need an intake that has it step down to 2.5" piping where the sensor sits.

As long as your a "First GEN" (2005-2010) tC all headers from all years will fit. Like mentioned the intake is where you need to watch which you buy.

Ok. Thanks again. Just making sure I was right before I spent money on something I couldn't even use.
