Default A little stuck on installing TRD CAI

Okey I have an 05 tC i got the trd cai and its just been sitting in the box so today Im trying to install it finally.

I have a few questions I'm not 100% i can pull apart my fender so I can just do the short ram right?

and also if i did put the full cai together what do u do with the stock piece of hose does it like matter if u leave it short or do the full on? Do you cut it? Im a little confused on that? Any help wud be appreciated thank you.

Sorry if this is confusing Im not 100% on the names of these parts.

You cannot leave it a SRI unless you cut it, just follow the directions.

Take your bumper of..

Then to maneuver the CAI part of the pipe start with the pipe in the top of the wheel well, then move it into the engine bay in a clockwise downward movement. It will then fit. gl.

there are 3 bolts on the fender on the top and one or two bolts in the front, take the fender off to make it 5000000000x easier for you

same, took me about 4 hours. i had a hell of a time taking off the stock pipe thing inside the fender...i could not find a screw driver that fit in the fender opening for the life of me.

i also removed the bumper. much easier than doing what the provided documents tell you.

WOW, 4 hours? No offense or anything but that is forever to install an intake. I can have springs changed in 4 hours.
