lock or remove please
It would, but in the case that I actually let them work on my car, there is no way in hell I would let them fix my car without telling me first what is being done and the price (if any) involved.
If its under warranty let Toyota fix it, but if it was my car I would write down that code just for record and reset the ecu then drive it and see if it comes back on. It could just be dirt or something on the sensor blocking the signal. How many miles are on your car?
