Loss of low end torque
Okay, this all started a couple of months ago. I have a 2009 tC manual with a K&N Typhoon Intake and GReddy Axle-back Exhaust. All installed several years ago. I have no other upgrades dealing with the engine/transmission. Okay, so my car was starting to die all the time. I figured it was just my battery being old. I had O'Reilys check out the alternator and it tested bad. I have ended up replacing the alternator, battery, and spark plugs in the past month. All while during this time my car has lost pretty much most of its low end torque and can't figure it out. Clutch engages fine...no issues there. Engine seems to be working twice as hard. It takes me 4000+ rpms just to get moving. Engine isn't making any weird/noticeable sounds. Has anyone had this problem? If so what did you do to fix it?

Could be a lot of things... but there is no check engine light?
If you need 4k RPMs just to get the car moving, then you definitely have a problem. Hard to diagnose with just those symptoms. Has there been backfiring or overheating? I would expect a CEL for any symptom bad enough to cause that sort of problem. I would just take it to a mechanic unless you have more symptoms that you haven't listed.
