MAF question

So browsing on the internet and I baught an 07 intake instead of an 05-06 intake( my car is an 05 ) woops! Now my question is can i just get a adapter or am i SOL ?

correct me if im wrong but that adapter is the opposite of what i need. I think i might just give it away and buy a new intake.

this adapter sits on the current intake hole,and you can screw on the sensor,05-06 sensors are alot bigger then 07+ models..but or like you said,give it away and buy a new one thats made fore the car
