Hey guys and gals. really quick question:

Ive just hit 10,800 miles on my '08 tC. Its a 5-spd manual, wondering if I should change out the tranny fluid sometime soon.

Also, Im going to be installing a new Stage 3 Clutch and new flywheel within te month, should I just wait till after thats all done?

15k or 30k intervals.... i think ill do 30k

 

i got mine changed when i got my clutch/flywheel installed. that was around 30k

 

I would say around 30k

 

you don't need to change it anytime soon.

i think someone said in the vicinity of 60-90K you really need to? i forget... but it's a stupid high number.

just wait until the clutch and flywheel stuff and change it out then.

 

Sounds freakin awesome folks. I only ask because:
1) I used to own a 1980 Toyota Celica, and it needed a manual fluid change every 10K

2) I needed to know..

 

yea toyota recomends every 30k and you should wait cuz the fluid has to come out when you drop the tranny so itd just goto waste

 

whoa, if it is 30, im at 70 and aind done one, but i am gunna get MT-90

 

lol, One of the mods said between 70K and 90K.... but that seems an awful lot... I think after I get the parts instaled, ill do it ever 15K-20K... just to be safe..

yea.. *shrug*... it just lasts a long time... i know that... cause 30K seems too soon for me.
