Megan Drift Spec (removing the silencer)

I just got my Megan Drift spec. It came with the silencer already inside the muffler. I took off the 2 screws, now I can't get the silencer out. what do I do? How do I take the damn thing out!? lol thanks for the help.

Haha. I had the same problem when I was running a Tsudo cat back.
-Take the end of a broomstick or piece of wood small enough to fit inside the silencer. -Drive a thick screw or nail into the side of the wood near one end.
-Put it inside the silencer and catch the inside edge.
-Pull like hell!
-If it still doesn't come out, add another screw on the pulling end and take a hammer to pound it out.
This is what I did. It took along time, but if you get creative you can get it.

Hay I have the same one and I take the silencer in and out all the time..... Drag and street driving...... I carry a pair of plyers with me and just pull on the center part of the silencer and it will come right out with some force....... It is a very tight fit......
haha see thats the thing though.
I've been using the pliers, and have 2 GROWN men pulling at the thing. I'm a big guy, and had another friend pull as hard as we could in opposite directions, and the thing wouldn't budge. The most movement I got was that it spun a little bit. so we used some WD40. still no luck

Just did the driving around/pulling with pliers! worked like a dream (although I was scared that I would pull the muffler straight off the car haha) But it sounds so awesome now! Especially when the motor heats up.
