Megan Headers + Megan Exhaust = No Cat?

I have a Full Megan Set up, Headers and the OE-RS exhaust, and yeah it smells like ____...BAD..and raspy as a fart cannon...So unfortunately, until a better idea comes into my head, im taking the headers back off tomorrow...

i kno this is old post but guys ir ealllllyy need to know which header and s-pipe would sound good on my exhaust, i have the megan drift spec, so plzzz help me out, i dont wanna sound like a fart cannon!!!

I have yet to get any diffenitive answer on 'sounds good'.
Exhaust seems like another money trap.
Add a header, you get rasp.
Add the exhaust pipes, you make the rasp louder, then you will need to add resonators just to dull it down or a high flow cat to eliminate it, which to me begins to go against the whole point of adding exhausts!
Honestly, i'm strongly considering getting rid of my megan header and cc s-pipe and replacing it with megan from s-pipe back. ie mid-pipe oe rs axle back, mostly because I won't need the header for FI, and because I find the headers sound very annoying.
But, I am kinda considering the DC header, how is it on rasp?

the DC header is the absolute worst when it comes to rasp.. well the DC and OBX and Strup are the same.
they all do not have hte mount for hte bottom bracket meaning the header will wiggle around.
and as we all know.. RASP = VIBRATION OF THE PIPES... so do the math

Ive had the DC Sports and let me tell you the Alphawerks is probably the worst for rasp. Ive heard my car and a friends car and his was definitely more raspy. Then I got another resonator put on in place of my cat and I was no longer raspy. Just him...

help, like hp/tq? I don't know. I would guess <2hp/tq. I remember some claim of that a while ago, but I changed my header and s-pipe together.
As far as fart canning, i don't believe any of the popular combos' yours included, won't sound like that, I do know it might raise the current volume. it's the header that seems to add a lot of rasp and that's only really when the engine is cold.

sigh cuz i want a header that wont make that much rasp, even if the hederdoesnt give too much hp, i want headers!!!! i dont want to put resonators, thats the thing, i wish i saw someone that had the same setup as me with diff headers
