Default megan headers and my cel

i been thinkin bout gettin megan headers problem with that (or what i heard) is that it will throw a cel and i just wanted to know if i turned the cel off by disconnecting the neg battery cable (like i had to do with my cai) so my computer could get used to the change in pressure????

It's not the pressure causing the CEL, its your secondary o2 sensor reading too rich, due to your lack of a catalytic converter. If you reset the CEL, it will come back. Search ANTIFOULER in the tC Drivetrain and power section and you will find a solution

buy one of these from inlikeflint and i GUARANTEE it will get rid of your cel. It got rid of mine when my car was turbo. If he's not still selling them, I've still got one, it just needs to be taken off.

It spaces the o2 sensor away from the main exhaust stream, letting only a small amount of the gasses be seen by the o2 sensor. Those chips you speak of are generally a pack of resistors and dont do much at all, save your money.
