i have the drift spec exhaust (megan). love it. it's loud but watch out if you're gonna get headers. It's EXTREMELY loud.

it's not really raspy. only if you punch the gas.

they will pull you over, impound your car, and suspend your license.

just because it's loud. (and catless)

The DC header performs great on our race car. It handles all the abuse we throw at it.

I would say for engine looks, DC Headers look better...you could always try and fix the heat shield so nobody can see you have headers

I have personally had the megan and the dc header... I didnt feel any power difference. If there is any diff, its like 1-2hp which u will never notice...ever!

So get the one that you like the looks of better. I thought the DC fit better than the megan. but they both bolt up nicely

well guess I will reply here.... I am in the same boat only looking at the megan vs. the mmw header. The hp is 1+ for the MMW over the megan.. but the real question is this.. I came across a thread all about having to do anti-faulers and issues with the CEL coming on from headers... what I want to know is if I need to go ahead and make the anti-foulers an issue at point of instal.. and if EVERYONE has to deal with them..

also ...... if that is the case a really good "hey.. you need this this this this and this" list would be AWSOME!

any one HHEELLPPP

Go with Alphawerks, there's a good thread that covers these three products, with dyno results. Here it is:

The ceramic coating helps with heat reduction under the hood which prevents heatsoak and power loss.

I'd go with DC.
