How does this sound actually? ive not heard the trd in person so i basically have nothing to go off of. My other ? is it very loud on the inside of the car i like it being quiet on the inside but i know there will be some sound if a exhaust is added but i do not want to be annoyed. thanks[/img]

i have the megan oe-rs exhaust its awesome i love it, its alot quieter then the trd but when u really punch the gas u hear the purr of the exhaust and its a very quiet exhaust with a header, very great buy in my opinion cops dont F*** wit u bc its quiet but when u really punch it after 3k rpms it sounds nuts

 

yeah, it rumbles deeply at idle and low rpms, when u punch it it sounds like a wooooosh of air, doensnt drone, and doesnt get anoying, and looks sick with the Ti tip

 

so the inside ride is not loud. I looked on youtube i saw it but you can not base everything on a video. plus there was not a inside video without a header or s-pipe

yeah, with the windows up, u can barely hear it, ur stock stereo can drown it out

 

is this the axle back or cat-back. i obviously am not looking for a loud exhaust and im thinking the cat back is gonna be loud.

 

nope, i have the cat back and sounds just as i described it, just dont get headers, that will F-up the sound

whoops got ahead of myself, wasnt speaking from personal experience, just from what ive heard, but i guess this is good news for me then

 

well you're right, but rasp/loudness can be fixed. i get a lot of surprised looks when i tell people thats how quiet it is with header.

 

well thats where i was going, u would have to "fix" it, but putting a header on with just the catback you would have some rasp

BTW my canister turned gold in the same place that urs is changing colors too!
