Default midpipe+ aero res.

ok let me first start of by saying thet BAMF4Life ALWAYS searches before posting and i normally find what i need.... but

i have a 07 tc with a tanabe axle back and and injen cai.... i want a midpipe though.... what is your first choice and does it make is raspy, or just louder... if raspyer how do i / where do i weld the resanator. thx guys

well you shouldn't have rasp unless you replace the header. if you just replace the mid pipe with a aftermarket one you should be fine with that. things will just get a little louder. megan is usually what most people around here have. people usually replace the stock mid pipe and put a res on them only because of the header rasp. not to mention the fact that if you put a res on the stock pipe then you don't have a stock pipe to put back on the car when you go to sell it. there is not much gains from the mid pipe it self however it does help when you have a header and s-pipe

if your looking to replace anything besides the header and still gain some power i would say go with a s-pipe instead of the mid pipe

well yeah i want to get new headers, but im starting with the midpipe.... one more question what about the CAT. the midpipe replaces it correct.... should i buy a res. and a high flow cat.....

any body got the DIY on istallling a midpipe
