you know there are private companies that will custom build a complete exhaust system for your car and it only cost about 200-350.. and you can tell them whatever and add magnaflow, borla, etc.



do whatever, if you think its gonna perform better or sound better try it out...

i may be having a shop here make a "blank" 2.5" 304 stainless midpipe.

it's the same shop doing my custom setup (just the welding/mandrel bending).

if they can sell them at a decent price, i'll post up

 

i had the injen exhaust with the custom midpipe and it sounded awesome. the best one i ever heard. a lot of compliments from fellow tc friends and others. it was described as a nice wrx tone. it was also no resonator. no i have the apex n1 muffler with custom piping to the s-pipe. it sounds allright but i liked the injen sound a little better. anyways i dont know how it will sound with the trd because it was never my cup of tea. ill post some pics of my exhasut and custom piping soon and hopefully zpi turbo kit one day.
