Default MMW Header In Full Production.

We are now in full production due to the high demand of our headers, we have moved the header from our hand made production to our full on production.

We have solved all the little problems with the headers.
Here are some pictures of our headers being made.

As a added bonus we will be offering a " FREE " header wrap and Cel Light Eliminator with purchase of our headers.

Here are some pictures..

$750 is a little ridiculous, considering all of the problems i have heard people having with this header. I could easily order an alphaworks header and the CC pipe for $250 less and get similiar gains without having to worry about fitment issues. And if you are mass producing these headers now, wouldn't it be cheaper to make; therefore, cheaper to sell to us?

I was actually tempted to buy this before i saw the price tag...

I WAS thinking about buying one of these headers when they said that they were mass producing them. Not anymore. My economics prof. in college must have been lying to everyone because he said that when it becomes easier and faster to build a product and more are made, the price goes down. Hmmmmm

What is their CEL eliminator? Is it simply a lengthened bung for the o2 sensor, or is it a pair of wires with a crappy little resistor in it?

You can tell it's definately a Weapon R design b/c of the "patent pending" baffle within the tubes.

I am getting the Weapon R short ram b/c I don't want a CAI for the winter time around these parts. Too much snow and possible hyrolock. I've had some good feedback on the intake but the headers, everyone says they are too much money and don't do anything different than the alphawerks or dc sport headers.....I like the stainless color change look but I'm going with Alphawerks.

I'll keep my stock airbox before buying a W-R intake. My friend has one and the filter keeps causing a CEL until he can tighten it again.

Faulty clamps or something? Possible faulty rubber reducer? I've had that on my old Ranger and just got a different silicone connector from HP Racing near my house. Worked fine.

There's also a trick that works with radiator hoses as well as intake hoses.

Rub a "little" vasoline on the inside of the rubber before installing onto the metal pipe. Tighten down to normal pressure (not so the rubber bubbles back out) and the heat from the engine will dry the vasoline and actually seal any gap between the rubber and metal.

The guy with the filter problem that ICENINE was talkling about is me. This thing falls off at least once a month and i know its not me. The design of it sucks. The filter doesnt go back far enough and it hits the MAf sensor. Thats why it falls off. Buy an INJEN. Much better product and you can make it either cai or sri.

Well, my SRI is coming in tomorrow and the Injen is just too much for my taste. I don't feel like dealing with the CAI setup b/c it's a pain to put the fender splash gaurd on and off. I'll give it a try and I'll make it work. If need be, I'll make a bracket to support the filter.

I have their intake and stainless cold box and have not had any problems with it. I got it off my friends car after he installed the supercharger. The filter kept coming off when he had it on his car. I havent had any probs at all and Ive had it on for over 5 months.
It just needed some "nutz" to tighten the clamps.
