MMW Header Price lowered..
Hello guys..
We have lowered the price of our race header from $750 to $550 now.
If anyone is intrested please refer to our website..
www.monstermotorworks.com
All headers will be shipped with our new S-pipe and be shipped in our new 1 piece upper and S-Pipe. Our older designs were made in a 2 piece upper and the S-pipe which made it 3 pieces.
To make it easier for installations we made the upper portion of the header in one piece.
Cel Eliminator is sold seperately, so if you want the cel eliminator remember to buy that also.
Any addiotnal questions please PM me..
Cheers..
Leo

Well, i dont know about about anyone else, but i will never buy this header, nor reccomend the MMW header to anyone. Yea, you may have the most power gains, but there wasnt any R&D nor was there any quality control.
Ill make this as short as possible:
I originally went through two headers, first one didnt fit correctly, and the second one had small fitment issues with the flange not correct from the head either.
* This is the problem i had with the quality control.
...and for R& D part? well, ill show you all pics of my pstons if you would like to see how far off the timing was. enough to create detonation. ( Probably due to the placement of the o2 sensor ) When u pulled my head off, there were small nics in the top of the piston from detonation.
* All i had was the header, intake, and exhaust for 6 thousand miles, then sold it. ran premium gas since i bought the car, and have always used the correct plugs.
- Sorry to thread hijack, but i just wanted others to realize ( and MMW / Weapon -R ) that there are issues with the header. I think you guys will most likely object, but i also have pictures to prove. Im just lucky enough that it wasnt a severe amount of damge to were i had to replace the pistons. * For now
Good luck with the sale though...

I ca understand you saying the header didnt fit correctly because we were making the headers all by hand, and now we have everything computerized and bent out.. We are not hand making each header.
As for your comment about NO R&D, how can you say that when our header like you said makes the most horsepower.
I dont know how your engine got like that, nor do you and you cannot prove it was due to our header. There is just no way a header or misplacement of an O2 sensor can cause your engine to detonate.. If it did your ECU seriously has problems..
The ECu goes into limp mode in any event of detonation or anything going wrong..
I notice you have Turbo, are you sure you didnt install an aftermarket ECU or AFC to control the ecu and that may have cause you to have engine problems..
I just dont see how a header can cause engine damage when all it is doing is allowing the engine to breathe better. It just does not make any sense.
Even if you show us pictures of your engine or pistons there is NO LOGICAL EXPLANATION of how a HEADER or a MIS PLACED O2 SENSOR if it was misplaced at all, can cause that kind of damage..
I tune 800hp Turbo Civic's and Integra's.. Your story just does not hold any water.. im sorry.
