Anyone have these, know the difference, or know what will yield the most power? MMW says it yields 26HP & 24.4TQ and Strup makes 10-12 HP. MMW is hand made and Strup is Robotic TIG welded. Im looking to make the most HP and TQ. I have allready decided on intake and exhaust. Thanks.
P.S. If anyone has information about S pipes or mid pipes throw that in there too. Thanks

mmw is by far the only header that's 4-2-1 design.. all other headers are 4-1. 4-2-1 headers yield more hp and tq.. so basically you answered your own question by saying that mmw makes 26hp/24.tq and strup ranging from 10-12hp. the mmw header is already a header and s-pipe in 1.. so you dont have to worry about buying an s-pipe. the strup in the other hand, is just the header. no s-pipe. i suggest you just get the mmw header for $550 rather than spending for a strup header that's merely as much.
First...NO header makes 26hp on it's own. Most likely it is with the combo of at least a full exhaust system and possibly with intake. MMW header is also robotically welded as it says on their website. Now, the 4-2-1 design does not yield more horsepower and torque. Unfortunately i'm not an expert in the area of header numbers, but 4-1 and 4-2-1 only really differ in where the hp and torque come in to play. One powers up better in lower RPM's and the other in higher RPM's. They both on their own, make about the same hp so it really just comes down to which product do you feel is more trustworthy on your car...Strup or MMW

MMW's header is, as said, a 4-2-1 design, and eliminates the need for an aftermarket down-pipe due to the length.
It's not fair to compare the Strup header against the MMW without adding any number of aftermarket s-pipes to it.
I'd wager that any of the aftermarket s-pipes paired with the Strup header will come within 1-2hp + or - of the MMW header.
That said, I had the MMW header on my Supercharged tC. I had no complaints. It fit snug, came with all of the parts, and looked absolutely _____in' with a black ceramic thermal coating.

It's been on for like 1 month already.
