With full synthetic and normal driving you only need to change it about every 75k......
Ive used two different ones since I bought my 07tc back in late 2006.....Redline MT-90 and Royal Purple.......IMHO Royal Purple is excellent (I use their engine oil as well) but the Redline MT-90 can't be beat for synthetic tranny fluid.....a little pricey but definitely worth it for silky smooth shifting day in and day out

If you live in a cold weather state like me. I run a cocktail
2 quarts of Pennzoil Syncromesh and .7 quarts of Eneos 75w-90.
Works excellent in both winter and summer conditions. I find that 75w-90 is to think for us cold state people.

My experience; at 100k I replaced the Gear oil with Royal Purple.
This winter I was having a hard time shifting gears in the morning. I ordered Amsoil. I opened the drain plug and nothing comes out. Not a drop of the Royal Purple oil. Where did it go? I have no oil stains under my car where I park. I added Amsoil at 146, 500 and my car is again shifting like new. I don't how long transmission is been dry.
