Default Multiple OBDII Codes

Just the other day I started my car and all of a sudden I see a CEL
I connect my bluetooth dongle and open up Torque and I get

(Yes they start with C not P)

C0104
C0155
C0304
C1500
C1504

I also saw
P0441
P0455
P0456

Some of those codes clear after refreshing but that was the large list. I'm wondering if its just 1 or 2 simple things that can help clear most/all the codes.

I believe the P ones could just be a bad gas cap o ring, I'll work on that, not as concerned as I am about the C codes.

I did a refresh today and only these lit up
C0104
P0455

P0456 was pending
and P0441 was greyed

I did the Test Results menu and received these in red

TID: $02 CID:$01
Lean to Rich sensor threshold voltage (Constant)
Min: 128 - Current: 9

TID: $04 CID:$60
High sensor Voltage for switch time calculation
Max: 3,488 - Current: 10,288

TID: $02 CID:$06
Lean to Rich sensor threshold voltage (Constant)
Min: 647 - Current: 70

Info:
2006 TC1
99k miles
Injen Catback
Weapon R intake with K&N Filter (filter cleaned and reoiled at 94k)

Any help would be much appreciated .
