Default My $75 Ebay Intake Review...

...Well it was very easy to install, and feels and sounds pretty cool. Only complaint is the hoses/etc dont have any place to mount, and came with no instructions. I believe I need to mount/tape the old tubing so it doesnt float around too much...

Fitment is great...the cone filter isn't too bad...but will probably put a K&N on it = total $120 or so vs $260 injen.

It does what I wanted, and it makes a cool little whistle like a mini turbo after shifts. haha.

I def recommend it to anyone on a budget!

im guessing you got the carbon cai's, its not my cup of tea cos the pix make it look like pvc pipes.

even tho injen or others are more expensive ill rather brag that than nonamers

i've had a AEM CAI on my previous car...and it functions the same I think. The material its made out of is similiar to my AEM i had, a lightweight almost metal sounding noise although its not metal, nor pvc piping. Not sure what u call the materal its made of?

I dont care how it looks really...its fine for me. I dont show off my car in person, much, but the cf design will add to my front lip once I put it on hehe. And the blue breather hose came w/ it...can replace that easily.

And yea I was thinking of pressure washing my engine bay to make sure it stays looking new...what all should I cover up to ensure I dont ruin anything! I've never washed the tC engine bay!
