lolol you let off before the GTI came into boost.. i beat my roommates car thru middle of second gear in an xA (chipped GTi)

not to laugh or anything, but you didnt' even come CLOSE to keeping up with the GTi.. he was bout to walk ALL OVER you ;)

cant watch it at work but im sure you did good i have beaten gti's and spec v's at the track so with your good tires and basicly the same mods i had at the time you should pull on them constant

the gti race might have gotten ugly for you, it was way too short.....

the sentra ser? was is just an ser or was it a spec v? if it was the 6 speed spec v it should have done way better than that?

 

bottom line is... your car is slow, you posted half a race, the GTI owner got on the brakes the instant he started RAPING your tC, and for all we know, the SER wasn't even a race lol, coulda just been someone you passed on the freeway.

 

Hey atleast he had a vidoe. Its alot better than the people who come in here and say they barely beat a WRX (not sti).

So yeah the GTI was about to rape him, but atleast he kept up in the low gears like he said.

he kept up with a low compression 1.8 liter NA volkswagen (because that's exactly what the 1.8T is before boost)

its just not a video i'd post, because it really proves nothing.

my "weak butt" 1.5L has powered my scion to a 2nd place tie for championship with www.erscc and has put many many cars, including tC's to shame..

street racing is pointless. it proves nothing. yay, your car has 170hp from the factory or whatever.. . why not go try a driver's race. look up your local autoX club. you'll be humbled.. you'll hate your tC.. you'll wish you had an xA :D

These videos are not my favorite thing.... show me timeslips... or vids from a strip.... then you'll get the props.

 

Not to be an A-Hole but i have driven them both the tC and the xA on the track and the tC has NOTHING, NADA, ZIP, CRAP, BUTTKISS on the xA. Sorry all you proud tC owners, but on the track your car is just to long and PUSHES like a tractor. I would happily go against any tC in a AutoX, with my xA on STOCK RIMS!!
