Default Need exhaust help

Ive been searching this site and a couple of others trying to figure out which exhaust to get for my tC. ive narrowed it down to two.......

Tanabe concept G and HKS Hi-power

I havent really found anything that shows the goods and bads of each of these systems. Thats where i would like to get your input. I love the sound of both, I might put a differant mid pipe on later and i dont want the raspy fart can sound. so please help me with your $.02

thanks for any input you could provide. but please keep in mind that i just want info on one of these two systems.

neither will be raspy or have a bad tone if you dont add a header.

just youtube them.

if you like the angled exhaust go with hks if you like the straight type then hit up tanabe

HKS gets loud over time, well it starts out loud, but as the packing ages it gets louder.Great exhaust though, both of those exhausts are great sounding, add a header to either and you get into a new world of finding the right resonator combo that makes it sound great again.

the only problem i hear about the tanabe concept g from a lot of people on this site is that it seems to drone on the highway. it sounds nice on the youtube videos because they are just reving it but when cruising at highway speeds, thats a whole different story.

I have the tanabe and I don't think it drones on the highway. It is not very loud inside the car. I can turn my radio to volume up to like 5 and I can't even hear it.

The Tanabe is my choice. I've heard the HKS, a Greddy, and my own Tanabe and the Concept G definitely takes my pick. I don't have a header though, so that might be different when I do get one. The Injen intake sound really makes that low rumble sound even better, too.
