Oil leak is coming from a split in the hose just behind the ball joint. I need help in identifying the hose. I followed it up into the engine bay and it just connects into another metal tube

Thank you so much, I couldn't find it in the repair manual and every power steering line I looked up was crimped and was confusing me

You're welcome. The crimped connections are part of the high pressure line. The return line is low pressure.
