Default Need a Spacer between the axle back and midpipe

Does anyone know where I can get a spacer that just bolts inbetween the axle back and mid pipe? I want to bring my injen axle back out from the bumper more because it is getting stained from the exhaust pretty bad. I was thinking if I could find something maybe like 1/2" thick it would do it.

You don't need a spacer between pipes, just need to get the tail pipe to hang lower & further away from the bumper.

This is done by adjusting the rear-most exhaust hangers for the axleback.

For example, there's a thread where somebody shoved something into the rubber hangers that "expanded" them so the tail pipe then hung low enough to keep from burning the bumper.

Someone else might have a better idea that could post up.

For a spacer just get a stainless flange and two gaskets. ...if you need to go further just keep adding flanges and a gaskets.

I dont think a spacer is possible for that set up because of the "flex flange" Mid Life's suggestion is prob the best.

on the tsudo mi-pipe all you have to do is use 2 to 4 gaskets at the 3 bolt flange and your good, that or just stick a 2.5 3bolt flange in between the 2 already there...

The problem is that the tip is under the bumper I want to bring it out towards the back, the height is perfect. I'll get a pic to show th problem.

I forgot that the axle back has a flex part, but the part between the 2 mid pipe sections deffinitly has a flat gasket, so I could put it in there.

I know exactly what your talking about, And that idea will work thought, the flange doesn't
even really need to be thicker just use 2 gaskets. 1 on each side, also a stainless gasket is gonna be a few $ more...and i don't know if it will throw off the fit of the mid-pipe, since it will make it sit lower...

heres what i did with the tsudo mid-pipe...

and this is how far it pushed it out...

perfect...

Thats exactly it but I need a 2 bolt 2.5 flange in stainless and so far all I can find is mild steel which would rust up in no time. Here's some pics of what it's doing as you can see about a 1/2" would make a big difference, it wasn't as much of a problem before the s/c but now it's getting worse. More fuel I guess
