so i got a new exhaust put on. here are some pics







now its sorta loud for my tastes, anything i can do to quiet it down a bit? comes on pretty strong at ~1500 rpm till 3 grand when it dies down. also ill have a sound clip tomorrow.

from what ive been hearing...the AR25 resonator is what people want to put on and a lot of people who have them says its made a huge difference.

 

I have the same exhaust on my car. go to magnaflow.com and find the nearest authorize dealer from your town and buy a 30' resonator. it will sound alot nicer.

Has magnaflow released a new version of their catback exhaust? I only ask because i too have a catback magnaflow exhaust, but it loos completely different than yours, layout and all.

 

well since the pictures didnt give it away, this is NOT a kit.

 

watched the video, its higher tone than i thought it would be. and how long is ur resonator? did it kill all the rasp? (not the loudness but just the rasp)

 

its 20 inches, and im not exactly certain as to what i should be listening for when i "hear" rasp.

 

the honda civic noise. sounds like spanish when u roll ur tongue.

you'll only get that civic noise if you add a s-pipe and headers.....when i install my headers and s-pipe with the magnaflow exhauts my car scream like a civic....but once i added the resanotor it sounded alot better
