ok guys wuick question. just got an 07 TC wanted to know if any companies make a after market Throttle Body for the TC that converts it to use a cable and not drive by wire? any help would be great. I know they make this for many other cars that have electronic throttles.

There isn't a bolt on application, but there are throttle bodies you can adapt to work. I don't know of any of hand. But I know one of my old friends had to convert to cable to get his setup to work with hydra.

 

descendant makes one. it's for race applications only i believe. i just looked for it and i can't find it now but i'm pretty sure it's out there. just look.

^^ yeah blitz makes one too. maybe they discontinued it but i remember i found one about a month ago. maybe it wasn't descendant.

as for throttle controllers, they help immensely from what i hear. they help get you the quick response from cable throttle bodies but doesn't require replacing it.
