o2simulators.com
I e-mailed the people at o2 simulators they told me you can use the LEXUS 2004 and up o2 simulator on the tC. They told me the people who have ordered it never called back to say it doesnt work. I dont see why it wont turn off the CEL when you have an aftermarket header. It just simulates that the cats are there and working. They are selling it for $40.00 I think I might have to hit em up. I was also wondering if anyone has tried this yet. Let me know. THX

well here's the thing.. if the thing actually worked.. you'd have more people talk about it.
as i have searched the site... which you should do, 'o2simulator' only returned 4 matches.. one of which is this very thread.

The o2 sensor in all OBDII vehicles have only two modes closed loop and open loop. Its not hard when you think about how many volts it produces when the car is cold untill it warms up. It just seems more practical to use something that simulates the voltage of a heated o2 sensor. I already tried the 5 buck fix it just doesnt work on every car ,I wish it would but it doesnt. Well anywho I think Im going to purchase one try it out and post whether it worked or not. Im confident that this will fix the MIL.
You probably can make one but it comes in a weather pack seal like OEM connectors its all sealed up. Also what kind of parts how many hertz of Resistor would you need Diodes What gauge of wire would you need there are too many possibilities, also you can just wrap them in electrical tape and how do would you know with out testing it you might have to build a few before you get it right, knowing very well it might not even work. $40 is a little pricey im not going to lie. All I can say that it is worth a shot. If it works with an Aftermarket header it will definitely work with turbo applications also WELL KIDS IM DONE 4 2NITE WELL TALK ABOUT THIS MORE LATER, PEACE & GOOD NITE
I have tried at lease 20 diffrent anti-fouler setups none worked and also tried three o2 simulators that did not work. I have one cat and located my secondary o2 sensor behind this and never had an issue since.
