Official Raceland Intake/Exhaust
1. Name is John (SeanJohn is what i go by long story)
2. To answer your question, yes I did disconnect the battery, well let me take that back, I took the battery out. Reason for this was I wanted better access to install the CAI.
Also, when I removed the MAF sensor, I didn't rush took my time installing the MAF, I have driven my car about 6 times today, so far so good.
Over all, I'm extremely happy with RaceLands products, The intake is nicely packaged. Everything they claim to be in the box was.
Hope this helps.

^^^ if it sound anything like the tsudo it should sound good. the tsudo when i had mine installed sounded great. i loved the sound of it. but i mean it couldnt sound much different then the tsudo. pretty much the same exact design, n1 style catback. cause the srs and tsudo sound pretty much the same. had a friend that has the srs when i had tsudo and we sounded pretty much exact. so i couldnt imagine this exhaust sounding much differnt then those 2.
yea true. i mean you can get the whole catback system for any of the 3 cheap. i think they all run like $250 shipped to your door pretty much. so i mean raceland is good quality from what it looks like so far. just go with there. keep it good with your intake, go with there exhaust. i mean it should sound just as good as the tsudo or the srs. the raceland gets a thumbs up from me
on a side not i wish they made there intake for a 06
