look up the in the 'tech' section under "features" There should be oil change for XB and lexus,
Look at your oil cap to see what type of oil to use. Staff in the store should be able to help find the right filter

go buy 4 quarts of which ever brand you prefer of 5w20, but dont be cheap. get a 10pack of toyota filters...

http://trdsparks.com/displayparts.ph...0&parts_id=970

jack up front of car, unscrew oil cap but leave it on
go under the car and remove drain plug, let it drain for a good 5mins
remove filter and let drain another 2-3 mins or untill no more dripping
put drain plug back on and put new filter in (hand tighten only)
put 4 quarts of your new oil and tighten cap
start car and leave idle for 1min, then turn off car
check under for any leaks, clean up any oil underneath and your done.
