Default Online vendors and factory warranty

I am looking to get the TRD intake and TRD exhaust for Christmas and the dealer is just too dang expensive. Was curious if Sparks is my best bet and also how purchasing from an online vendor affects the warranty. Also, how would me installing the parts affect it and how much it would cost for the dealer to install them, assuming purchasing from an online vendor keeps factory warranty and all?

Your warranty CANNOT be voided unless the part you/mechanic/friend/cat, etc. installed caused the problem. Just because you lowered your car and your turn signal no longer works, the dealership can't say, "Since you lowered it and altered the specs of your ride, we can't fix your broken blinker." (That's an example.)

Since your going with TRD parts, you should be covered for at least 12 months. trdsparks.com is a great site! I've ordered from them in the past and have nothing but praise for them. If you're just doing the TRD CAI and Exhaust, just DIY. No use in shelling out mad ducket$ to the dealership for something you can do in under 2 hrs. GL.
